Soybean Production/Soybean Rust at the University of Minnesota - Detailed information for crop consultants, agronomists, soybean growers, and others from experts at the University of Minnesota.

North Central Plant Diagnostic Network - A consortium of land grant institutions that provide services for plant disease diagnosis, plant identification, and insect/pest identification.

Plant Biosecurity Management Course - Updated in 2006 and produced by USDA/EDEN, covers preparedness issues related to major crop biosecurity concerns.

Federal Emergency Management Agency - The Emergency Management Institute (EMI) offers self-paced courses designed for people who have emergency management responsibilities and the general public. All are offered free-of-charge to those who qualify for enrollment.
